File Slayer’s Hit List Manager gives Administrators the ability to enable their agents to easily remove attachments from cases. Once the agent removes the unneeded attachments, they will be removed company wide and will not show up in future communication.


Attachments are easily recoverable

File Slayer does not "Hard Delete" image files. The items can be easily recovered from the Salesforce Recycle Bin.

Identical images are deleted automatically

One copy of each slayed image is added to the Hit List, and identified by a unique hash code (like a fingerprint) to be targeted and deleted when future versions show up in your org.
